Thank you for your payment. A cancellation/no-show fee is assessed for any cancellations or missed appointments without prior 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you are unsure of any cancellation/no-show fees, please reach out to the BASICS office. If you have more than one fee, please change the quantity next to "ADD TO CART".
