RSO - Gaelic Football

The purpose of the UMass Gaelic Football Club is the development of skills and knowledge regarding the Irish sport of Gaelic football. To achieve this, the club will hold weekly practices and play matches with other schools. The introduction of this sport to campus will allow students to engage in a cultural pastime while building bonds with fellow UMass students through unique athletic activity. Members represent the University of Massachusetts on a national and international level through the National Collegiate Gaelic Athletic Association (NCGAA). The philosophy of the UMass Gaelic Football Club is to foster a welcoming environment to promote the sport of Gaelic football.
