RSO - Kopp Foundation for Diabetes

The mission of Kopp Foundation for Diabetes UMass Chapter is to empower youth leadership in the fight against Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). We advance campus-wide awareness, education, and advocacy around diabetes care; drive innovation and fundraising that align with KFD’s national initiatives; and cultivate a supportive community for students passionate about health, science, and service. By mobilizing student leaders and partners across campus, we aim to create lasting impact for those affected by T1D while enriching the university’s culture of public health, research, and civic engagement.
