RSO - Student Nurses Association

As a chapter of the National Student Nurses Association, Elaine Marieb College of Nursing’s SNA is a student-led club open to all students! 

Goals of SNA include: 

1. Participation in local charity events to create bonds between our college with the surrounding communities and raise funds for local foundations
2. Build connections between students within our college across academic levels & programs
3. Provide networking opportunities with practicing nurses and healthcare organizations to students 
4. Promote internal EMCON pride
5. Provide leadership, growth, and professional development opportunities to students within the college 

Current events we participate in include: The Boston Marathon, Walk to Defeat ALS, Hot Chocolate Run, Rays of Hope Walk, and The Syrup Stampede. We are always looking for new and exciting opportunities in our region to expand our reach! Additionally each year around the holiday season we run a UMass Nursing merchandise fundraiser. All profits go directly to SNA!
