RSO - Women in Medicine

The mission of Women In Medicine (WIM) is to break barriers, foster mentorship, and create a network of strong, compassionate leaders who drive change in the medical field. Whether someone is just starting their journey or already making strides, our club provides a safe space for collaboration, growth, and advocacy for gender equality in healthcare.

To fulfill this mission, Women In Medicine will engage in activities such as: hosting events that increase exposure to clinical skills (e.g. taking vitals, learning patient assessments), providing information and support for the application and entrance exam process, engaging with general body members through mentorship, and fostering connections through creative events designed to serve as an outlet for stress.
