Peoples Market is a student-run business on the UMass campus that operates by the governing principles of a cooperative. Our mission is to help provide healthy food options to the community in an inclusive environment that values people over profit. People's Market focuses on shopping local, organic, and fair trade and tries to educate our customers about why such alternative buying practices are necessary in the struggle for more environmental and social sustainability.
